Our services include delivery of followers, likes, views, comments, shares, and other forms of social media engagement.

We act as an intermediary connecting customers with social media marketing service providers. The specific details, delivery times, and characteristics of each service are described on the respective product pages.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our services, but we do not guarantee that all service descriptions, pricing, or other content on the website is complete, current, or error-free.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use our services. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or abuse.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency corresponding to your selected language/region. Prices are calculated dynamically based on the quantity selected and applicable volume discounts. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your complete payment card information on our servers. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount for your order.

Coupons and Discounts

Coupon codes are subject to their specific terms and conditions, including expiration dates, minimum order amounts, and usage limits. We reserve the right to invalidate coupons that are misused or applied in violation of their terms. Coupons cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Service Delivery

We aim to begin delivering services as quickly as possible after order confirmation and payment. Delivery times vary by service type and quantity, with estimated delivery times listed on each product page.

Delivery times are estimates only and not guarantees. Factors outside our control, such as platform updates, API changes, or high demand, may affect delivery speed. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant delays.

You are responsible for providing accurate and valid social media URLs, usernames, or other required information. We are not responsible for failed or delayed delivery due to incorrect information, private accounts, or account restrictions.

Refill Guarantee

Certain services include a refill guarantee as specified on the product page. If the delivered count drops during the guarantee period, we will refill the difference at no additional cost. The refill guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

The refill guarantee only applies to drops in count, not to changes caused by your own actions (such as deleting posts or changing your username)
The guarantee period begins from the date of completed delivery
Refill requests must be submitted through our support channels
The refill guarantee does not apply if the social media platform has taken action against your account
The refill guarantee is limited to one refill per order item

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our services. Our refund policy is as follows:

Full refund: If we are unable to begin delivery within 72 hours of order confirmation, you are entitled to a full refund
Partial refund: If delivery is incomplete (less than the ordered quantity) and we cannot fulfill the remaining amount within a reasonable timeframe, you are entitled to a refund for the undelivered portion
No refund: Refunds are not available for completed orders where the full quantity has been delivered, even if the count subsequently drops (the refill guarantee applies instead where available)
No refund: If delivery fails due to incorrect information provided by you, a private account, or account restrictions on your end

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@likescafe.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

Account Security and Credentials

We will never ask for your social media account password. Our services do not require your password, and you should never share it with anyone claiming to represent Likescafe.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your social media accounts. We are not responsible for any unauthorized access to your accounts that occurs outside of our services.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services for any of the following purposes:

Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities
Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or overload our systems or infrastructure
Using automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access our website without prior authorization
Reselling our services without a reseller agreement
Placing orders for accounts that you do not own or have authorization to manage
Using our services to harm, harass, or impersonate others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services and refuse future orders to anyone who violates these terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Likescafe website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Likescafe or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
